What makes Palm Vintage hats different?
Every Palm Vintage hat is designed with purpose. From nostalgic, vintage-inspired aesthetics to our signature back tag that reads “Somebody Loves You,” each hat is made to look good, feel good, and remind you (and others) of what really matters.
Are your hats one size fits all?
Yep! All our hats come with adjustable snapback or strap back closures to fit most head sizes comfortably.
Do you donate to charity?
Absolutely. A portion of every drop goes to a rotating ethical organization doing real-world good. Each release supports a new cause — we announce the partner for each drop so you know exactly where your impact is going.
Can I suggest an organization for future drops?
Yes! We love hearing from our community. Send us your favorite ethical causes via our contact form or DM us on Instagram @palmvintage.ltd
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder — or contact us if you still need help.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location — most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days.
Can I return or exchange my hat?
We accept returns or exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Take a look at our refunds policy at the bottom of this page or shoot us an email at support@palmvintage.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
What if my hat arrives damaged?
That’s on us. If your item shows up damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll make it right — product images required.
